MADDIE'S STORY

Maddie's Wine and Whiskey is the realization of Steve Bainbridge's vision, which began to take shape around five years ago. After spending 25 years operating Ultra Touch Car Wash and Phillips 66 on Fairview Ave. in Meridian, Steve was inspired to embark on a completely new venture. He decided to transform Ultra Touch into a wine, whiskey, and tapas restaurant, the first of its kind in Meridian.

Although construction and renovation projects often take longer than expected, Steve's perseverance has paid off, and Maddie's is finally close to opening its doors.  

 

"Maddie's" is a tribute to Steve's beloved wheaten terrier who passed away. Maddie was Steve's faithful companion for 15 years and an excellent fishing dog. Naming the restaurant after her is a way to honor her memory and celebrate her life.
