Spring into new experiences at Maddie's! Join us for an unforgettable 4-course wine-paired dinner experience.
Here's a sneak peek into the exquisite menu:
🌿 Appetizer: Crostini with Brie Mousse and Pear Compote, paired with 2021 Napa Valley Chardonnay.
🥗 Salad: Avocado and Tuna Tartare Timbale, paired with 2022 North Coast Sauvignon Blanc.
🍽️ Entrée: Smoked Short Rib with Parsnip Purée and Shallot Marmalade, paired with 2020 Gaspare Estate Vineyard Napa Cabernet-Sauvignon.
🍰 Dessert: Cheesecake topped with a Pomegranate-Black Tea and Cardamom Syrup, paired with 2021 Los Carneros Pinot Noir.
🎟️ Tickets are $140 per person with wine pairings, or $89 without. As a special treat, our Wine Club Members enjoy a 15% discount on tickets.
